JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for the delivery of direct clinical services; assist with assessment, diagnosis and management for patients in the emergency department or admitted in the medical centers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Graduate of four-year accredited U.S. Medical School or equivalent.
- Completion of a four-year residency in Psychiatry and following Addiction fellowship, or completion of a three-year internal medicine residency and following Addiction fellowship.
Licensure/Certification:
- Board eligible/certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or American Board of Internal Medicine.
- Specialty Board eligible/certified in Addiction subspecialty.
- License to practice Medicine in the State of Oregon.
- Licensed, or eligible to become licensed, in Washington within 180 days of hire.
- Active member, in good standing, of all applicable Legacy Hospital’s medical staffs.
- If Board Eligible, must become Board Certified within five years of hire and must maintain current certification.
