Legacy is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner for our Urgent Care Clinic - Woodburn Health Center, located at 1475 Mt. Hood Ave., Woodburn, OR.

 

The Urgent Care team includes experienced Nurse Practitioners, an onsite Supervisor, certified medical assistants and our scheduling staff. It operates directly adjacent to our Primary Care clinic, in a building that houses multiple other services including Pharmacy, Behavioral Health and specialties.

 

All services in this region are connected to Legacy Silverton Medical Center, a hospital that has been proudly serving the surrounding communities for over 100 years. Woodburn is a vibrant community located less than an hour south of Portland in the beautiful Willamette Valley.

 

Qualification and Licensure Requirements:

  • Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Minimum of 2-years’ experience.
  • Current Oregon NP license w/Prescriptive Privileges.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Willing to adhere to guidelines set forth in Legacy’s Values in Action.
