Candidates would join an established team that includes 4 pediatric gastroenterologists, a pediatric NP, 2 RNs, a pediatric psychologist, a pediatric dietician and ample MA support.  Preferred candidates have a strong clinical background, a great work ethic and an interest in general pediatric gastroenterology, quality improvement and education. Our program offers a full range of inpatient and outpatient services. At Randall Children’s Hospital we have a state of the art endoscopy suite in which we perform inpatient and outpatient procedures. The position is for inpatient work only and will include a combination and daytime and nighttime shifts.   Required Qualifications - Completed accredited NP or PA program. - Active State of Oregon licence. - This position requires flexibility to orient and work at all Legacy Health locations. - Demonstrated excellence in the following areas: clinical practice, communication, clinical case and management. - Must hold current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association. - Minimum 1-year critical care experience required or completion of an advanced practice provider critical care residency.   Legacy Medical Group Neurology is looking for a Neurohospitalist to join our team.   Legacy Medical Group Neurology has neurohospitalists at all five Legacy Health stroke centers and has five outpatient practice locations with sub-specialty programs in movement disorders, epilepsy, vascular neurology, headache, and neuromuscular disease.   The neurohospitalist would be based primarily at Good Samaritan Hospital, located in Portland, Or. This full-time position provides consult service for all neurology patients and night call via telemedicine. Opportunity to work at multiple campuses including our Salmon Creek Medical Center in Vancouver, WA., to participate in outpatient follow up stroke clinic, and clinical trials supported by the Legacy Research Institute. Stroke Center Medical Directorship for the right candidate.     The Legacy Cardiothoracic group is comprised of four surgeons, and six Advanced Practice Practitioners (APPs) in the heart of the magnificent Pacific Northwest. We serve Emanuel and Good Samaritan Hospitals in Portland, Oregon.   The APP is responsible for providing medical and surgical patient care under the supervision of a physician to provide cardiac and thoracic care in the operating room, cardiovascular ICU, post cardiac care unit and clinic. Responsibilities include but are not limited to first assisting in cardiac and thoracic surgery, vein and radial artery harvesting, first assisting with CABG, valve, aortic and thoracic surgery. Additionally, must be able to perform general peri-surgical procedures in the hospital and clinic. The APP will admit cardiothoracic patients, attend rounds in the ICU and stepdown unit with progress notes and corresponding orders, and complete discharge summaries with medication reconciliation and appropriate follow-up. The candidate should have good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and embrace the concept of team practice.   Rotating call coverage is required and will be shared equally among the APPs. Evenings and weekend call is off-site unless direct medical or surgical patient care is required. ACLS and BLS certifications are required. Minimum two years of cardiothoracic or related surgical experience is required.
