Seeking an outstanding trauma-focused neurological surgeon. Prior trauma experience required; fellowship training preferred. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a Level 1 trauma program with demonstrated excellence and regional stewardship.
The ideal candidate will thrive in an collaborative trauma program environment and have an interest in program development. The surgeon will participate in trauma call rotation including cranial, spinal, and pediatric components with PA support and also maintain some general neurosurgery practice. The neurosurgery clinic is conveniently located on the hospital campus and includes MA and PA support. Additionally, there is the opportunity for clinical and basic science research support through the Legacy Research Institute.
Qualification and Licensure Requirements
- Graduate of a four-year accredited U.S. Medical School or the equivalent.
- Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency-training program in Neurosurgery
- Board certification in Neurosurgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS)
- Active Oregon Medical License
- DEA certificate
- ACLS Certificate from the American Heart Association

Legacy is recruiting an Outpatient Physician for our Woodburn Health Center primary care clinic, a rural health clinic that qualifies for special location allowance stipend. Our clinics support the local communities by providing services to a variety of patient population. With more than 25 clinics serving Portland, the surrounding communities and rural locations such as Silverton, Keizer, Sandy and St. Helens, Legacy is helping keep the Pacific Northwest healthy. Our clinics have well-supported teams to include panel coordinator, social worker, RN case manager, behaviorist, pharmacist as well as an individually assigned MA.
Qualification and Licensure Requirements
- Graduate of a 4-year Medical School or equivalent and completed Family or Internal Medicine residency.
- Board certified or board eligible in internal or family medicine.
- Unrestricted Oregon Medical license.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Legacy is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Woodburn Clinic located at 1002 N. Boones Ferry Road, Woodburn, Oregon.
This is a Supportive APP role. LMG Primary Care utilizes Advanced Practice Providers in this role to extend a group of primary care providers capacity and improve access by:
- Helping to manage the Epic In-basket (patient messages, medication management, diagnostic results and orders, and responding to urgent issues)
- Seeing routine follow-up patients which improves access and decompresses the schedules of other providers, allowing them to see more new patients
- Seeing same day urgent care type issues which mitigates disruption to the daily schedule, improves access and patient satisfaction.
Qualification and Licensure Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Minimum of 2-years’ experience.
- Current Oregon NP or PA license w/Prescriptive Privileges.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Willing to adhere to guidelines set forth in Legacy’s Values in Action.
